Job Duties:

  • Design and implement digital certificate services using Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Enterprise Key and Certificate Management (EKCM), and Hardware Security Module (HSM) solutions to enable safe data exchange across enterprise systems.
  • Manage end-to-end digital certificate services—including issuance, expiration monitoring, and ongoing maintenance—leveraging certificate management tools and automation to ensure service continuity and security.
  • Assist users with certificate-related operations such as CSR generation, SSL certificate provisioning, format conversion, and installation across a variety of environments (Windows, Java JKS, Linux, Apache, AWS, Azure, F5, etc.).
  • Manage the planning, integration, and deployment of certificate services and system upgrades across multiple platforms, ensuring disaster recovery, resilience, and alignment with organizational security requirements.

Description :

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering and operations teams, including mentoring junior staff and ensuring timely resolution of service issues.
  • Develop technical statement of work (SOW), architecture diagrams, system and software build documentation, installation guidelines, test plans, and other core architecture documentation.
  • Support incident response and root cause analysis for certificate-related service disruptions, ensuring resolution within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Document security architecture, operational procedures, and service protocols, and maintain up-to-date records related to key and certificate management.
  • Provide guidance and educate key stakeholders—including technical, business, and sales teams —to communicate security requirements, support project planning, and align technical solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, plus three years of experience in Information Technology. Proficient in digital certificate management, including Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Enterprise Key and Certificate Lifecycle Management (EKCM), Hardware Security Module (HSM) solutions, and Machine Identity Management. Certifications in Venafi, Keyfactor, Thales, and Cyberark are required.
